About the Role
Al Ameen Security Solutions LLC is a SIRA-licensed security company providing professional guarding services to premier clients across the UAE including luxury hotels, retail malls, corporate headquarters, and residential communities. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for protecting people, property, and assets within your assigned location. You will conduct regular patrols, monitor access control systems, manage visitor registration, respond to alarms and incidents, and coordinate with Dubai Police when required. Your Responsibilities
- Control and monitor entry and exit points of the assigned premises, checking identification and authorizing access for visitors and contractors.
- Conduct regular foot patrols of the interior and exterior of the assigned property to detect and deter unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism.
- Monitor CCTV cameras from the security control room, identify suspicious behaviour, and respond to alerts in real-time.
- Respond to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies following established protocols and coordinate with Dubai Police or civil defense as required.
- Complete detailed incident reports, daily security logs, and visitor registers using the company’s security management system.
- Enforce property rules and regulations politely but firmly, managing conflicts with a de-escalation approach.
- Perform vehicle access checks including scanning number plates and verifying parking permits in car park environments.
- Escort authorized visitors within restricted areas of the premises and ensure they are supervised throughout their visit.
- Assist with first aid and emergency evacuations in coordination with the site emergency response team.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification from a recognized institution.
- SIRA Security Guard licence (the company will sponsor and fund training for successful candidates without a current licence).
- Physically fit with good eyesight (with or without correction) and the ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended shifts.
- Sound judgment, alertness, and the ability to make confident decisions under pressure in emergency situations.
- Professional appearance and demeanour with excellent communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Arabic is a significant asset for client-facing roles in Dubai.
- Clean criminal record — UAE police clearance certificate required prior to commencement.
- Prior military, police, or security experience is highly valued but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
