About the Role
As a security guard in Dubai, your role is to protect designated premises, personnel, and assets from threats including theft, trespassing, vandalism, and safety hazards. You may be stationed at malls, hotels, banks, hospitals, residential compounds, or event venues. The job demands constant vigilance, professionalism, and the confidence to manage confrontational situations calmly and effectively.
Your Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle during scheduled shifts.
- Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activity immediately.
- Control access points by verifying identification and authorizations.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents in a timely manner.
- Write clear and accurate security incident reports at the end of each shift.
- Maintain order and ensure compliance with site rules by staff and visitors.
- Assist emergency services during fire drills, evacuations, and medical incidents.
- Safeguard company assets, equipment, and sensitive areas from unauthorized access.
- Provide helpful and polite assistance to visitors and members of the public.
- Work closely with fellow guards, supervisors, and management teams.
What You Bring
