Position: Heavy Duty Vehicle Driver

Job Overview
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Heavy Duty Driver to safely transport goods to customers while ensuring timely deliveries and excellent service. The ideal candidate will maintain high safety standards, ensure proper handling of materials, and support warehouse operations when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load, transport, and deliver goods to customers in a timely manner
- Perform pre-trip inspections of vehicles, equipment, and documentation
- Ensure all items are properly stacked, secured, and protected during transit
- Verify orders before and after delivery (accuracy, quantity, and condition)
- Provide professional customer service and handle inquiries or complaints
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
- Communicate arrival with customers via phone or text
- Obtain required signatures on delivery documents (challans/electronic devices)
- Maintain and present all required vehicle and personal documents (Istimara, Meezan Card, Insurance, Driving License, Iqama, etc.)
- Record trip details, expenses (fuel, tolls, repairs), and distances traveled
- Report any issues to the branch head or store in charge
- Assist with warehouse duties, including loading and unloading materials
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and lifting machines when needed
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Maintain a clean driving record and ensure safe driving practices at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Primary/High School education
- At least 2–3 years of heavy-duty driving experience
- Valid KSA Heavy Duty Driving License
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no violations in the last 3 years)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy items using proper safety techniques
- Frequent movement in warehouse and loading areas
- Ability to enter/exit vehicles multiple times daily
- Capable of climbing, bending, crouching, kneeling, and working in confined spaces
- Comfortable working in varying weather and environmental conditions
Work Environment
- Field-based role with regular travel and on-site deliveries
- Interaction with customers, warehouse staff, and management
