About the Role

Packing workers in Dubai are responsible for accurately packaging products destined for local distribution or international export. This includes measuring, weighing, sealing, labeling, and palletizing goods in line with company specifications. You may work in food and beverage factories, pharmaceutical companies, electronics warehouses, or cosmetics plants. The environment is structured, team-based, and often shift-based to ensure round-the-clock operations.


Your Responsibilities

  • Package products according to specific dimensions, weight limits, and quality guidelines.
  • Apply labels, barcodes, and product stickers accurately on each unit.
  • Inspect finished packages for defects or inconsistencies before dispatch.
  • Operate sealing machines, tape dispensers, and shrink-wrap equipment.
  • Stack packed goods onto pallets and organize them in the designated storage zones.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity to meet daily packing quotas.
  • Keep the packaging area clean, organized, and free from hazards.
  • Report any packaging materials shortages to the warehouse supervisor.
  • Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Assist with stock counting, inventory checks, and shift handover duties.
