About the Role

As a Store Manager in London, you will be responsible for the full operation of a retail store, including people management, sales performance, stock control, customer experience, visual merchandising, and compliance with company standards. You are the face of the brand within your store, accountable for results, culture, and the overall shopping experience. Your Responsibilities

  • Handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for area or regional management.

  • Build relationships with local business community and drive in-store events.

  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, ideally in London or major UK cities.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
